It's self explanatory but the purchase comes with a ebook so that's pretty cool too. All in all I definitely think it's worth the purchase!

Got to say TikTok made me try it after receiving this I started using it right away mainly at bed time even watching tv I was getting ready for work one morning after about 2-3wks of using and noticed a slimming look in my cheeks and chin I love how my sling and face feel after using it tingly smooth I’d def buy it I’m 60 yrs old and if I notice anyone can my double chin is tighter and more definition in my cheekbones
